We specialize in professional assessment services designed to provide clarity, direction, and support for youth, families, and individuals. Each evaluation is completed with care, accuracy, and confidentiality, offering insight to guide next steps for treatment, personal growth, or agency requirements.
While The Fennell Group, LLC does not provide diagnoses, we interpret assessment results and offer professional recommendations to help determine appropriate referrals for ongoing support, recovery, or treatment. Our goal is to ensure every client receives the right resources and next steps for their unique situation.

To ensure each client receives dedicated time and careful preparation, a non-refundable scheduling fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your selected assessment.
The scheduling fee reserves your appointment time and supports the preparation and administrative process prior to your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of your assessment.

Alcohol & Drug (A&D) Assessment with Comprehensive Assessment
This service provides a complete assessment of substance use, mental health, areas of functioning, and psychosocial factors, combined with a comprehensive assessment of strengths, needs, and next-step recommendations. Clients receive a detailed report summarizing findings along with professional guidance for recovery, treatment, or supportive services. Payments may be made with credit/debit cards, and checks issued by agencies or organizations. Please note that personal checks are not accepted. The scheduling fee and assessment balance can be paid using any of these approved methods.
The scheduling fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your fee. Assessments may only be re-scheduled once unless an emergency.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your assessment.
We do not accept insurance; all services are self / agency pay.
We do not provide drug testing on site.
We do not provide clinical diagnoses.
