To ensure each client receives dedicated time and careful preparation, a non-refundable scheduling fee of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your selected assessment.

The scheduling fee reserves your appointment time and supports the preparation and administrative process prior to your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of your assessment.

Assessments can be divided into multiple appointments to accommodate a variety of schedules and ensure you have the time needed for a thorough evaluation.

Assessment Services:

Scheduling Fee: Non-refundable $25.00

Alcohol & Drug (A&D) Assessment:
A focused evaluation of alcohol and drug use, including a meeting, assessment, review of results, a written report, and professional recommendations tailored to your unique situation.
Fee: $100

Comprehensive Assessment & Consultation:
An in-depth evaluation designed to give a full picture of your needs. Includes a detailed written report, expert recommendations, personalized referrals, and supporting information to help guide your next steps.
Fee: $150

Biopsychosocial Assessment:
A holistic review of biological, psychological, and social factors affecting your well-being. Provides insights to support treatment planning and help you make informed decisions about care.
Fee: $75

Counseling and Consultation: Sessions focus on you and your goals. You’ll have a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, and gain clarity on next steps. Each session includes a personalized aftercare plan with referrals and actionable steps, helping you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to maintain your well-being and make meaningful progress. Fee: $50.00 for 50 minutes

Therapeutic Services: Therapeutic services provide trauma-informed, client-centered support to help you navigate challenges, build coping strategies, learn mindfulness, and work toward your personal goals. Sessions offer a private, safe and supportive space. Therapy services are provided under the direct supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Supervisor to ensure professional guidance and high-quality care. Fee: $65.00 for 60 minutes.

We do not accept insurance; all services are self pay and/or agency pay.

We do not provide drug testing on site.

We do not provide clinical diagnoses.

Clinical Diagnosis is only provided under Direct Supervision from an LCSW-S with additional information under the Therapeutic section within the Assessment and Services Tab.

Payments may be made with credit/debit cards, and checks issued by agencies or organizations. Please note that personal checks are not accepted. The scheduling fee and assessment balance can be paid using any of these approved methods.

The scheduling fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your fee. Assessments may only be re-scheduled once unless an emergency.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your assessment.

Payment plans can be considered if communicated by the client and arranged in advance. Approval of any payment plans is at the sole discretion of The Fennell Group, LLC and is applied fairly and without discrimination.
